Thanks Emilie! & Looking into my packaging

My lovely new friend Emilie purchased one of my fawn pencil pouches a couple days ago (thanks, Emilie!) and I took some pictures of the packaging because packaging an items is my favorite (next to sewing!). I also hope it can inspire some of you Etsy sellers!

You can see more pictures on my flickr set!
I'm making this post short and sweet because it's my night off work and I'm going to get to sewing! Woo!

  2. Sometimes I think the packaging is more important than the actual item being delivered. I get so excited to see what kind of packaging everyone uses!

  8. Thanks everyone!

Becky, I love squirrels. I know it has nothing to do with Bird Trouble but I can't resist squirrels. haha

Trishie, I think it makes the gift (or purchase) more special, too!

Danielle, putting the packaging photos is on my to-do list. haha! Thanks!

  11. i love it, i am the same way. i do the handwritten note, fancy cut their invoice with an extra thank you on it, tissue paper, cards, and always a stamp on the outside of the package. i couldnt agree more about how exciting it is to receive a package with extra time and love put into it!
