I wanted to take advantage of the kind-of nice weather today, so me and Bowie went to my "secret beach"! Any time I need to get away or relax, I go there. It's actually really funny because it's in the middle of a very wealthy subdivision with some of the biggest houses I've ever seen. I just go and hang out there. I'm sure they think I'm crazy.

    i love that you have that secret beach!
    i got some beach time in this weekend too, which was amazing, but the beach can get really busy and annoying here. (soccer should not be allowed)

    Aw--what a sweet pup! He's so well behaved! Every time I throw a stick for my pup...he just runs and gnaws on it...he never brings it back!

    That is so cute!!! Seriously, amazing. My escape? Into movies or computer. It's hard to escape into a city I know very well. I always feel like I can escape when I go out of town, but that's usually the only time.

    He is so handsome! My friends and I once found an abandoned house in the middle of a man made lake in the middle of a subdivision like that once. There was just one tiny bridge to it. Finding secret things in cities are the best.

    What a good dog! If I had a secret beach, it would be my "spot", but I'm incredibly land locked. I do, however, have a tree lined knoll that sits on a busy street near an apartment building that I used to live in. Sometimes I'll still go there to drink coffee or read. :)

    i certainly do have a few escape spots, but am totally envious of anyone who can trot off to a beach. sometimes being land locked is no fun :[
